2022 Home Games by the Numbers
Now that 2022 is completed I thought I’d review some of the accomplishments in our home games.
For all of the stats in gory detail you can check out: RecPokerStats_2022.xlsx
Most Wins
David Westerveld earned half of the wins necessary for a lifetime achievement award. There were others with very respectable results.
- evilroyca (David Westerveld) – 26
- PetVet33 (Kim Kilroy) – 17
- BChip (Charles Allen) -16
Most Played
Nobody played all 539 home games that we offered last year, but a few came close.
- isnnma (Private) – 508
- evilroyca (David Westerveld) – 504
- Kekgeek (Private) – 442
Most Pins
Nobody won the theoretical maximum of eight pins that were possible in 2022, but one person won 4 pins, 31 people won 2 and 103 people won 1 pin.
- GopherBoyTJM (Taylor) – 4 pins – (Daily Bronze, Mixed Bronze, NLHE Points Silver, Mixed Points Silver)
Most Cashes
Here are the most consistent cashers:
- evilroyca (David Westerveld) – 89 (19%)
- kpokerwanabe (Ron Peyton) – 88 (21%)
- Kekgeek ([Private]) – 81 (18%)
Best ROI with at least 100 tournaments played
Here is the best return on investment for players with 100 or more tournaments. An ROI of 0% is break even. An ROI of 100 % would mean you would double every dollar (play chip) that you spent on buy-ins.
- Magra44 ([Private]) – 59%
- kekgeek65 ([Private]) – 56%
- MarblesJam ([Private]) – 41%
We look forward to playing with you all in 2023!!!
This is such a cool feature @PokerGeekMN thank you so much for all your efforts in the home games – hard to believe we’ve gone from 12 games a year to 534!!!!! Amazing work, John. You rock.
John – Thanks for doing this and ALL that you do for us with the Home Games especially! Is your massive data spreadsheet available like in years past with all the results? I just love going through those stats until I’m comatose!
Jim, I found a small bug in the parsing algorithm. Once I fix this and update the stats, I’ll make the data public.
@Gibber3 The post now contains a link to all of the stats.
Thanks John!!
I just realized that the scripts that create the stats didn’t take into account aliases for players that need regional accounts for traveling. I’ve fixed the scripts, updated the stats and now @PetVet has the second number of cashes is the home games last year.
