Mixed Series – February 8, 2023

On Wednesday night we played No Limit Single Draw 2-7 Lowball to continue the 2023 Mixed Game Series.

GopherBoyTJM (Taylor) battled CaptainWalleye ([Private]) heads up after defeating the remaining field of 54 players to earn his first Mixed Game Championship Series title in 2023 (seventh lifetime) and 20 total lifetime wins in official Rec.Poker Home Games.

DeucesWild810 (Kevin Kallhof), EANDERSON85 (Eric Anderson), dontchase666 (Joseph Armstrong), pcs2005 (Jack L’Heureux), JasperJr (Pat Barry), elvis76 ([Private]), and SpotConlon ([Private]) rounded out the final table.

Player of the Year Update

The 2023 Mixed Game Championship Series Player of the Year points race continues with players’ top 10 scores counting toward the POY race. EANDERSON85 (Eric Anderson) has taken the lead with GopherBoyTJM (Taylor) close on his heels in second place. dontchase666 (Joseph Armstrong) has moved up to fourth place, CaptainWalleye ([Private]) has moved up to sixth, DeucesWild810 (Kevin Kallhof) has jumped into eighth and pcs2005 (Jack L’Heureux) has moved up to ninth. It’s still anybody’s game. Who will be the 2023 player of the year?
