Mixed Series – July 9, 2025

On July 9, 2025 we played Limit 7 Card Stud Hi/Lo to continue off the 2025 Mixed Game Championship Series.

kkkk8e (Kate Ibbetson) battled PokerGeekMN (John Somsky) heads up after defeating the remaining field of 33 players to earn her first Mixed Game Championship Series title in 2025. This makes 10 total lifetime wins in official Rec.Poker Home Games.

roadstar33 ([Private]), MNted (Philip Fuehrer), graphex16 (Roger Schutte), leftie19 (Mike B), Larsensopening (George Borden), Stueyy13 (Stuart Kerridge), and BruceK54 (Bruce Kieffer) rounded out the final table.

JBTwinCities ([Private]) maintains the lead in the 2025 MIXED Championship Series Player of the Year race. bonecrusher14 (Marcel Dusyk) has moved up to second place, PokerGeekMN (John Somsky) has moved up to seventh place, kkkk8e (Kate Ibbetson) has moved up to ninth place and MNted (Philip Fuehrer) has moved up to tenth place. Only the top 10 scores count toward the Player of the Year points race, so you can still compete even if you miss a couple of events.

Join us the second Wednesday of each month for more of the Mixed series in 2025. There is also a Daily Mixed Practice event the third, fourth (and fifth) Wednesdays in the same format for the next event in the Mixed series.
