Podcast subject: Hold’em variants
Hi folks, we recently recorded a Forums episode about the differences in play between 6-max to 10-handed tables, and we also talked about adjusting your play to other variations of NLHE like Bounty tournaments or Satellite tournaments. It will come out soon and I hope you enjoy it!
What other kind of variants should we talk about next? The difference between cash and tournament play? Sit-n-Gos or Double-or-Nothings? Spins? Timed tournaments, rebuys, flights, shoot-outs – there are so many things we could go over, just within the game of NLHE! We don’t pretend to be experts in any of these, but maybe we can all learn together about how some of the different kinds of NLHE have different edges that might suit our own strengths or styles.

I’m new to RecPoker, my name is Paul, you’ll see me here as “quark” and on the online poker streets as “QuadQuark”. I play online MTTs these days.
