But I think your turn assessment is correct. In order for me to fold in this spot, I’d need to know V is incapable of overvaluing something like AQ or bluffing with some of their 6x combos (they’d need to be capable of calling the preflop raise with A6, 67, 56 suiteds of the world). They might also be the type of player that can show up with two pair here, 78 being the most likely combo.
Since they do show up with 64, they do seem like that type of player. So if I’m up against a player that can have all that, I’m happily calling. If the board pairs, I’m getting stacks in on the river. If it doesn’t, I’m hoping to check down, but likely still sigh calling if I have to.
