Unfortunately I’m going broke here.
But where I play it differently is on the turn. The Qh should do nothing to our opponents hand except for improve some hands to two pair. Meaning, the BTN called us on the flop and then decided to raise on the turn, the only hands that improved are Q8/Q7/Q5 (and I guess if they limped QQ), so either they were trapping or they had one of those hands. When they raise here, the flag gets raised and I’m worried about some of those monsters. So I’d go into calling mode the rest of the way, which would (most likely) end up the same way on the river.
