Hand 1: I’d lean towards a 3bet here. Mostly because when we don’t opponent can barrel a lot of turns and rivers and we are stuck trying to bluff catch. As played, definitely betting river as the board ran out with two pair and we can easily get called by an Ace.

Hand 2: On the flop the board texture is pretty wet so I like a continuation bet that’s a little on the bigger side. Given where we are at in the tournament, we can make it a bit smaller. But then again both the opponent and we are incredibly deep stacked. So I’d go 2.5-3 BBs. When raised with this deep of effective stacks, I’m never folding. Same on the turn when we gain equity. On river I’m going huge targeting his two pair/sets/A-high flushes that will have a tough time folding. I like the clear 200k bet, but probably would have gone bigger to 300k personally.

Hand 3: This depends so much on ICM. You say opponent has 140 BBs and we have 86 BBs, but what about the other 2? If they have <20 BBs then we simply cannot bust before them and changes how we would play this. If they are deeper then it loses the impact that ICM has over us. As played, these boards generally connect well with our opponents calling range, but they lack a lot of two pair combos. Given their heavy weighting towards single pair combos, I like betting flop and then continuing the aggression on future streets. As played, I’m never putting in the 4bet all in. I just can’t imagine what opponent would call us with besides sets, therefore we let them play perfectly vs us. However, we do run the risk of future runouts making it more dicey for us to continue. I would have called the 3bet and the check/called the turn and river.
