I play on Ignition but I don’t use PT4 while playing. Once the hand history is available 24 hours later, I will download and import into PT4. The process is pretty simple. You just have to remember to download the HH because HH older than 7 days won’t be available.
I had heard that the hand grabber add-on was an option but also heard that they can be problematic. So I never tried it.
