hmmm thanks for tagging me steve – @7High11 I don’t play on Bovada but the PT4 side of it should be straightforward once the hand history files have been downloaded from the poker site server. I’m glad to her you are using it to track your own play, you are going to get a lot out of that! Sorry if this sounds pedantic, I know you’ve already tried to format this.
If you are on a PC you should be able to download the PostgreSQL database program (it’s basically all PT4 uses) and then it will automatically scrape the file folder to which the poker site pushes your hand history and tournament history files. Other than making sure you are recognized as the “hero” in the hands, that’s the limit of how much interaction your HH database will have with the site software (I am grossly oversimplifying here).
On Bovada, what is the name of the folder on your computer that the HH is being saved to? If it’s the same as in the PT4 setup menu for that poker site (on the left of the main screen) then it might be a problem with recognizing you as the ‘hero’. Let me know if that helps or if you need more info. Any Bovada players out there?
