I think this has to be 2c3c just based on your Twitter posts about how shocked the table was. Regardless I don’t mind the 3! against a wide button open with any of these holdings, but because we’re OOP, I’d like it to be much bigger (I’m probably going to 7-8k). It’s a disaster if we end up multiway OOP with most of these hands.
Once we reach this flop heads up, I think this is a board we lead on with almost our entire range, but I like a smaller sizing here. We’re likely getting called by Q/T, single diamonds, and flushes, and I think villain will be fairly inelastic to sizing. Any bet should fold out most everything else. I also don’t think our opponent gets to raise much here. So I’m betting 3,500-4,000.
The turn is pretty dirty for us. If I have 2c3c this is likely where I’m giving up. There are just too many hands that won’t fold now that reach this turn. But if we bet, we’re targeting the Qx and Tx holdings that V called on the flop. I don’t think we can ever expect to fold out a flush. So I generally like this sizing to accomplish folding out Qx/Tx if we’re going to bet.
River is a brick. We’ve invested a lot now and can’t possibly win (if we have 23). So if I got this far, I’m taking your river line and shoving as well. I’m mostly now targeting sticky two pairs that were hoping to boat up or weak diamonds (<9). We’ve waded a little far out and I don’t think we have another option, but I’m also expecting to bust a decent amount here.
We do get it through and fold out the Jd, which makes it an especially good bluff, and this player a good target for our bluff. In my opinion, the Jd needs to call here. If you had some of the other hands, I’d be shoving AhKd and 2c3c. I’d be block betting with 9d8d/QhTh and folding to further aggression.

Good move: A and C
Bad move: B
Questionable: D
When 3-betting at this stack depth we end up with an SPR just under three. This means that postflop we can bet three times using 45% pot sized bets or twice using 81% pot sized bets.
Betting three streets forces us to use a quite small size and I think there will be a lot of flops where bluffing or semi bluffing with draws will be difficult. We quickly get pot committed and should therefore use a range that flops fairly well when the 3-bet gets called (typically broadway, ace-x and pairs).
I think that hands A, C and D meet the criteria, while 3-betting 3c2c is too loose. It will rarely flop well and therefore requires a scary flop in order to make a successful bluff.
I would consider either checking or using a larger flop bet with QhTh. But if you had a good read on your opponent then the smaller bet size might be better. Your bet sizes are slightly smaller than geometric, which I think is good for hands A and C.
I am a bit surprised that the BB ends up folding the second flush after calling twice. On a monotone flop with a single diamond in his hand making the flush is the best he realistically can hope for. If he is not prepared to call down when he gets there it does not make sense to start calling in the first place. Also the Ad on the turn removes a lot of flushes from your range, so it is a good card for him.

Bet sizing is a problem in this hand. Your preflop 3b is way too small and leaving yourself a half PSB on the river only makes sense with a value hand, which can really only be the AhKd from your options.
The other thing you have to be aware of is your possible timing tells. Betting quickly on the flop, then tanking a couple of min before betting the turn, then tanking even longer before betting the river can reveal a lot of info about how you play. I’m assuming this isn’t your typical timing line.
