Clearly the biggest mistake was you not calling when you knew you would have hit a boat! I think the 10 10 was a proper shove there given the stack size. As I’m guessing you are alluding to, the biggest mistake was from MP. I’m guessing he 3 bet the all in just trying to isolate so that if he hit an A he’d pick up a nice pot. Then the bluff shove is clearly the suicide move. But this does bring up an interesting question. With that much ICM should the button have called an all in with top pair top kicker? Pretty unlikely that MP had any 2 pair, but the preflop raise certainly has 22 and 55 (as well as the last two QQ) in the range. Or perhaps you consider that a mutual suicide move as well that just turned out okay for him?
