Mixed Series – March 13, 2024

On Wednesday night we played Pot Limit Omaha to continue off the 2024 Mixed Game Championship Series.

mbabker (Michael Babker) battled MikeB172 (Mike Baer) heads up after defeating the remaining field of 47 players to earn his first Mixed Game Championship Series title in 2024. This makes 37 total lifetime wins in official Rec.Poker Home Games.

Stueyy13 (Stuart Kerridge), jsettem (Jeff S), shipnfliprec (Luke O’Driscoll), bonecrusher14 (Marcel Dusyk), Woodworker 151 ([Private]), jdcat32 (Jeff Catalano), and roadstar33 ([Private]) rounded out the final table.

appleomyi (Harold Berry) maintains a 25 point lead in the 2024 Mixed Game Championship Series Player of the Year points race. mbabker (Michael Babker) has moved up to second place, shipnfliprec (Luke O’Driscoll) has taken fifth, Stueyy13 (Stuart Kerridge) is in seventh and MikeB172 (Mike Baer) has moved into tenth. Only the top 10 scores count toward the Player of the Year points race, so you can still compete even if you miss a couple of events.

Join us the second Wednesday of each month for more of the Mixed series in 2024. There is also a Daily Mixed Practice event the third, fourth (and fifth) Wednesdays in the same format for the next event in the Mixed series.
