combinkley (Eric Gin) battled Ivor_Bigone1 ([Private]) heads up prior to defeating a field of 78 players to earn his first NLHE Series title.

fortuneNY (Yamel Cuevas), JonLutsey (Jon Lutsey), KiToMan335 (Kian Tavakoli), MrDzzz18 (Richard Dietz), WilliamOccam ([Private]), rabman50 (Rob Washam), and kellis196220 (Kelli Storck) rounded out the final table.

And the Player of the Year Race is over. fortuneNY (Yamel Cuevas) pull away and won the season with an almost 40 point lead with 342.73 points. FiveByFive555 (Chris Jones) retained his second place standing finishing with 302.86 points. Yamel started the year in 38th place after the first tournament. By March he worked his way up to 21st place. And in June he rose to 4th place. And in October he gained the top spot and never relinquished it, although Chris Jones was nipping close at his heels.

rabman50 (Rob Washam), GopherBoyTJM (Taylor Maas), combinkley (Eric Gin), tland19 (Tory Greeninger), PokerGeekMN (John Somsky), BLUFFSTORINI (Jim Reid), MarblesJam (Jefferson Kupferburg) and mbabker (Michael Babker) finished out the top ten.
