Mixed Series – April 12, 2023

On Wednesday night we played Limit Hold’em to continue the 2023 Mixed Game Championship Series.

DraTigFal (Danny Wood) battled GopherBoyTJM (Taylor) heads up after defeating the remaining field of 54 players to earn his first Mixed Game Championship Series title in 2023. This makes 1 total lifetime wins in official Rec.Poker Home Games.

Stueyy13 (Stuart Kerridge), glAssJaw2222 (Dave Shun), bonecrusher14 (Marcel Dusyk), CharlieM62 (Charles Morgan), mbabker (Michael Babker), BruceK54 (Bruce Kieffer), and DucknRun99 (Michael Savage) rounded out the final table.

The 2023 Mixed Game Championship Series Player of the Year points race continues with players’ top 10 scores counting toward the POY race. GopherBoyTJM (Taylor) has extended his lead in the POY points Race. Kekgeek ([Private]) has moved up to third place, bonecrusher14 (Marcel Dusyk) has moved up to fifth place, areallymadguy (mad guy) has moved up to seventh, mbabker (Michael Babker) has moved up to eighth place and DraTigFal (Danny Wood) has entered the race at tenth place. Remember only the top ten scores count and there are still 9 events remaining in 2023, so there’s still time to join the race!

Join us the second Wednesday of each month for more of the Mixed series. There is also a Daily Mixed Practice event each Saturday in the same format for the next event in the Mixed series.
