Mixed Series – December 14, 2022

On Wednesday night we played 8-Game Mix to finish the 2022 Mixed Game Series.

bethekidd (Brian Morey) battled MarblesJam ([Private]) heads up prior to defeating a field of 53 players to earn his first Mixed Game Championship Series title in 2022 and 4 total lifetime wins in official Rec.Poker Home Games.

GopherBoyTJM (Taylor), Ivor_Bigone1 ([Private]), jodyall (Johanna (Jody) Allison), Jmayusa (Jun Nomoto), bonecrusher14 (Marcel Dusyk), Bagman723 ([Private]), and pcs2005 (Jack L’Heureux) rounded out the final table.

Player of the Year Update

The 2022 MIXED Game Championship Series Player of the Year points race has come to a conclusion. GopherBoyTJM ([Private]) has has won the Player of the year the points race, winning both Rec.Poker points races in 2022. MNted (Philip Fuehrer) came in second place despite missing two events. gfhawk (Eric Romo), graphex16 (Roger Schutte), evilroyca (David Westerveld), PokerGeekMN (John Somsky), aces54320 (Kathy Chang), UnclTomsCabn ([Private]), JasperJr (Pat Barry), and kellis196220 ([Private]) round out the top ten.
