Mixed Series – October 11, 2023

On Wednesday night we played No Limit 6+ Hold’em to continue the 2023 Mixed Game Championship Series.

graphex16 (Roger Schutte) battled Stueyy13 (Stuart Kerridge) heads up after defeating the remaining field of 44 players to earn his first Mixed Game Championship Series title in 2023 (second lifetime). This makes 21 total lifetime wins in official Rec.Poker Home Games.

gfhawk (Eric Romo), klippy1 (Diana Klipp), Karl0621 ([Private]), CaptainWalleye ([Private]), Kekgeek ([Private]), hawesy08 ([Private]), and EANDERSON85 (Eric Anderson) rounded out the final table.

The 2023 Mixed Game Championship Series Player of the Year points race continues with players’ top 10 scores counting toward the POY race. GopherBoyTJM (Taylor) still maintains a lead in the POY points Race. Stueyy13 (Stuart Kerridge) has moved up to fourth place, graphex16 (Roger Schutte) has moved up to fifth place, gfhawk (Eric Romo) has moved up to seventh place and EANDERSON85 (Eric Anderson) has moved up to ninth place. Remember only the top ten scores count and there are still 2 events remaining in 2023, so there’s still time to join the race!

Join us the second Wednesday of each month for more of the Mixed series. There is also a Daily Mixed Practice event each Saturday in the same format for the next event in the Mixed series.
