I just realized to go back through this and look at it, I have to hear myself speak…can request some sound editing to give me any voice but my own?

Inadvertently posted in the wrong thread:
Results:
After my mind blanking and not sure what I had to be missing. I call
River is Qc
Opponent turns over QhAc
With the discussion I felt I got something wrong for the long run (should have C-bet the flop).
I just kept feeling like I missed something on why they would shove in that spot that made my call bad.
Sleeping on it after a discussion last night I’ve come to this: I think on some level I just knew I was supposed to c-bet and then when the shove came and I had a blank mind moment I attributed my error to the call and not the missed C-bet.

Since I’m just getting back into things I’m sure I will get a lot wrong but having accountability is important to learning so here we go:
Pot odds
Put in 2 to win 6.85 which is around 3.425 to 1. So roughly 22.5 % break even.I put opponent’s range (definitely where I’m likely wrong as I don’t know about big blind defense really) for 3 bet: 66+,A8s+,A5s,K8s+,Q9s+,J9s+,T9s,98s,87s,A8o+,KTo+,QTo+,JTo
Maybe they don’t raise with the very top and just call. With this range I got 34.27% equity from equilab. So I am definitely not folding. As far as a 4 bet vs call. If you 4 bet to 6BB then you need at least 34% equity (9.85/5=1.97:1 or 1/2.97) which is about what you are at based on my range.
Some percent of the time they fold too so a 4 bet seems good to me here. As far as how much to 4 bet, I have no clue how to think about that at this point in my journey.
I also likely got something wrong even with equilab and a calculator. So in the moment I likely would have called b/c just getting the pot odds correct would have been taxing my current abilities in time to play the hand.

I used Express VPN and selected Montreal for my server and that gave me the full client, now I have to figure out how to set up PT4.
Thanks for this post, I hope you keep updating it as more folks like myself bang their heads against the wall of their own technological ineptitude.
