Mixed Series – June 14, 2023

On Wednesday night we played Limit Omaha Hi/Lo (eight or better) to continue the 2023 Mixed Game Championship Series.

Jmayusa (Jun Nomoto) battled XxANGRYFISHxX ([Private]) heads up after defeating the remaining field of 42 players to earn his first Mixed Game Championship Series title in 2023. This makes 9 total lifetime wins in official Rec.Poker Home Games.

areallymadguy (mad guy), gfhawk (Eric Romo), fergie56 (Kim Kilroy), GopherBoyTJM (Taylor), mattiebumpo ([Private]), gibber3 (Jim Gibson), and bonecrusher14 (Marcel Dusyk) rounded out the final table.

The 2023 Mixed Game Championship Series Player of the Year points race continues with players’ top 10 scores counting toward the POY race. GopherBoyTJM (Taylor) maintains his lead in the POY points Race. areallymadguy (mad guy) has moved up to third place, gibber3 (Jim Gibson) has moved up to seventh place shipnfliprec (Luke O’Driscoll) has moved up to eighth place and gfhawk (Eric Romo) has moved up to ninth. Remember only the top ten scores count and there are still 9 events remaining in 2023, so there’s still time to join the race!

Join us the second Wednesday of each month for more of the Mixed series. There is also a Daily Mixed Practice event each Saturday in the same format for the next event in the Mixed series.
